The hotel was situated in a convenient location close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. the rooms were also spacious and clean with comfortable beds. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist you with anything you needed.

Although we were offered alternative rooms, it caused us a lot of undue stress and disrupted our planned Xmas trip.

There was a stressful incident regarding room cancellation that occurred during our stay. Though we had dropped our bags off and left to attend an appointment, the hotel contacted us during dinner to threaten to cancel our reservation if we did not return by a certain time.
